Stratford Summer Music is an annual multi-week music festival featuring 100+ artists throughout downtown Stratford, Ontario. Their performances span a variety of genres with the goal of bringing musical excellence to a wide audience including families and youth. The season illustration by Art Director Scott McKowen conveys a moment of wonder inspired by music and is the centrepiece of the 2020 season brand. I developed a new colour palette for the season based on the illustration as well as a new typography system prioritizing accessibility and consistency. I designed print and digital marketing materials for the festival including posters, flyers, programmes, and a 64-page magazine-style brochure featuring the festival’s complete offerings. The festival partnered with local breweries and restaurants to produce coasters and beer cans to capture the vibrant tourism and hospitality scene in Stratford.
